Sound Familiar?

Most small businesses are running on tools that weren’t built for business.

Personal email, scattered files, no IT structure, and a team that’s outgrown the way it works. It’s not a tech problem — it’s a setup problem.

“We use personal Gmail for business email.” Your brand, your data, and your team’s communication deserve better than a free inbox.

“Our files are everywhere — nobody can find anything.” Documents scattered across email threads, personal drives, and text messages.

“We pay for Microsoft 365 but never set it up properly.” Licenses sitting unused while the team still works the old way.

Everyone is busy but no one is running the project. No schedule, no risk tracking, no single point of accountability.

A critical initiative is falling behind. Milestones missed, stakeholders losing confidence, no clear plan to recover.

You need senior project management, but can’t justify a full-time hire. Hiring a PM is six months and six figures you don’t have.

Getting into the cloud isn’t just a tech decision. It’s a project. And every project needs someone running it.

RisePoint handles both — the professional setup and the project management that makes it stick.

3

Execution

Structured delivery with regular checkpoints, status reporting, and stakeholder communication. No surprises between start and finish.

4

Handoff

Every engagement closes with documentation, training, and clear ownership transferred to your team — not a configured system and a goodbye.

What services does RisePoint Solutions offer?

RisePoint helps small and mid-size businesses in two core disciplines:

Cloud Adoption. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace deployments through our Kickstarter (up to 10 users) and Ascend (up to 25 users) packages.

Project Management Support. Project SOS for troubled projects, and our Ongoing Project Support (OPS) retainer for dedicated PM leadership without a full-time hire.

Every engagement is fixed-fee or monthly retainer — no hourly billing.

Who is the ideal RisePoint client?

Small and mid-size businesses that have outgrown ad-hoc tools and processes, startup founders building professional foundations, executives who need senior project management without a full-time hire, and companies moving to the cloud for the first time. What they share: they need the structure a larger organization takes for granted, without an in-house IT team or PMO to provide it.

Do you serve clients outside the Dallas–Fort Worth area?

Yes. Most of our clients are DFW-based, but cloud adoption and project management engagements are largely remote, so geography isn’t a barrier. If your project benefits from in-person presence, we prioritize DFW.

How is RisePoint different from large IT consulting firms and managed service providers?

Enterprise expertise without the enterprise price tag. You work directly with a senior practitioner holding PMP, CSM, and Microsoft certifications — not a rotating bench of junior consultants — and every engagement is tailored to your specific situation, not shoehorned into a rigid template. Boutique by design, built for small and mid-size businesses.

What should I expect from a discovery call?

A focused 30-minute conversation to determine whether we’re the right fit. We’ll discuss your current situation, your goal, your timeline, and what success looks like — and you’ll learn how we’d approach it and the investment involved.

Complimentary and no obligation. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you directly and, where we can, point you toward someone who is.

What does a cloud adoption engagement with RisePoint look like?

Every engagement follows the same rhythm: structured discovery to understand your environment and goals, a platform recommendation (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), tenant setup and user onboarding, administrator preparation, and closing documentation so you have a permanent reference for how your environment is configured.

Kickstarter packages (up to 10 users) fit businesses moving off consumer-grade tools. Ascend packages (up to 25 users) add more depth for growing teams.

How do you help us decide between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

The right platform depends on your team’s working patterns, not on what we prefer to sell. We look at how your team creates and shares documents, whether you live in email or chat, your mobile habits, integration needs, and growth plans.

Microsoft 365 tends to fit teams with heavy document creation and desktop Office use. Google Workspace tends to fit teams that collaborate in real time across web and mobile. We recommend honestly and implement whichever fits.

What is Project SOS, and when should I consider it?

A fixed-fee, two-to-three-week rescue and recovery service for projects that have stalled, blown past budget or timeline, or lost stakeholder confidence. We deliver five key outputs to help get your project back on track.

Consider it if you’ve missed two or more major milestones, your team can’t agree on what’s actually wrong, or you need an independent perspective before deciding whether to continue, restructure, or end the project.

How does the Ongoing Project Support (OPS) retainer work?

A monthly retainer for dedicated PM support without a full-time hire. Three tiers available:

  • Compass — ~10 hrs/week, 1-month minimum. Governance and oversight.
  • Navigator — ~20 hrs/week, 2-month minimum. Active, hands-on project management.
  • Command — ~40 hrs/week, 3-month minimum plus 30-day offboarding. Full-time embedded PM with complete project ownership.
How quickly can we get started, and what happens after a project ends?

Most engagements start within one to two weeks of signing. Project SOS delivers in two to three weeks, cloud adoption packages in about two weeks, and OPS retainers begin the next business day after deposit.

Every engagement closes with documentation, training, and clear ownership transferred to your team. When appropriate, we offer a structured transition into Ongoing Project Support for continued PM coverage.
